How an AI automation could save Tom $1,000/month.

HVAC owners: quick hypothetical. Imagine Tom runs a small HVAC company. Every summer, the phones spike when AC units start failing. His team can handle the work, but missed calls and messy scheduling mean some jobs never make it onto the calendar. The idea I’m validating is an AI scheduling assistant that forecasts demand from weather and past bookings, prioritizes urgent jobs, and fills the calendar before the rush hits. In theory, this could protect around $1,000/month in missed work during peak season, but I have not verified that with a real client yet. Would an HVAC owner actually pay for this, or is there a simpler operational fix I’m missing?
